The Coshocton Municipal Court now accepts payments of fines online. This includes fines in both traffic and criminal cases. To make a payment on a case, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the "Search Court Records" area of this site.
2. Enter the appropriate search criteria for your case.
3. From the list of matching cases, locate your specific case and click the case number to view the case information.
4. In the "Transactions" section, a link labeled "click to pay fines" or "Click to settle out of court" will appear if a balance exists on the case.
5. Upon clicking this link, you will first be prompted to enter the amount you wish to pay (waivers must be paid in full), after which you can click the "Pay Fine" button.
6. Next you will be asked to provide your credit card billing information and submit your transaction.
7. After a few short moments, you will be notified on the results of your transaction ("approved" or "declined"). If the transaction is approved, you are strongly encouraged to print the approval page and retain it for your records as it will be the only proof of payment you will receive. If the transaction is declined, verify that all information was entered exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. If there are no errors, but you are still having trouble, contact the Coshocton Municipal Court to explain the problem and resolve the issue.
